VeriSolv Awarded Contract Modification for Product Testing Services for VA eCMS
Herndon, VA (August 23, 2012) VeriSolv Technologies, Inc. (VeriSolv) today announced the award of a contract modification by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition & Logistics (OAL), Enterprise Acquisition Systems Service (EAS) for Electronic Contract Management System (eCMS) product testing services. The modification consists of a one-year base award and when added to the existing IV&V contract increases the value to $5.8 million if all options are exercised.
VA has modified the scope of VeriSolv’s eCMS IV&V contract to include independent full life cycle product testing for eCMS to include system, integration, regression, and user acceptance test support. VA also renewed VeriSolv’s IV&V contract by exercising the first of the 4-option years.

VeriSolv Premieres its MythBusters Videos on IV&V

VeriSolv Technologies Awarded GSA STARS II Contract
Herndon, VA (December 1, 2011) - VeriSolv Technologies, Inc. (VeriSolv) was recently awarded an 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services II (STARS II) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). STARS II is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract designed to promote small business.
The 8(a) STARS II GWAC provides federal civilian and Department of Defense agencies with a host of benefits, including: 8(a) socioeconomic credit transferrable to the agency; pre-competed, easy to use contracts; access to proven 8(a) small business technology providers; shortened procurement lead time and a low user-access fee built into contractor’s ceiling prices. It features a five-year base with one five-year option and has a $10 billion program ceiling. Directed task orders, up to $4 million each, are allowable for federal civilian and Department of Defense activities.
The scope of the 8(a) STARS II program is centered on functional areas (FA), derived from the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS). VeriSolv is qualified to provide services in each Constellation I Functional Area:

VeriSolv Subcontractor on Department of Veterans Affairs Major Technology Contract
Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Program awarded to Prime Contractor SAIC
Herndon, VA (October 26, 2011) - VeriSolv Technologies, Inc. (VeriSolv), under a subcontract to SAIC, will now be able to compete for task orders under the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) acquisition program. Fifteen companies, including SAIC, were awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts under the T4 program, which has a five-year base period of performance and a ceiling value of $12 billion.
The T4 program enables the VA to transform its IT infrastructure, resulting in improved quality of health care and benefits services to veterans, their families and survivors. Under the contract, VeriSolv, SAIC and the companies that received the award will provide IT services as required, including services needed to integrate systems, networks, software and other IT products. The services and IT products may cover the entire life-cycle of a system, and include program management, strategic planning, systems and software engineering, cyber security, operations and maintenance, and IT facility support.

VeriSolv Technologies to Perform IV&V for VA Networx
Herndon, VA (July 12, 2011) - VeriSolv Technologies, Inc. (VeriSolv) has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Telecommunications to perform an Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) of the Operations Support Systems (OSS) supporting VA’s Networx transition.
The OSS supports initial order processing and service provisioning through billing reconciliation under the Networx requirements and processes. The OSS functionality, including asset and financial management, is available via a web-based user interface. The VA OSS is currently in production and the contractor is in the Operations and Maintenance phase.
VeriSolv will conduct an in-depth technical assessment to verify and validate that VA is receiving the contracted services from the vendor supplying the Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) product and services. In addition, VeriSolv will test and validate OSS operations to ensure the VA’s requirements are being met and that the new OSS is performing the functions that are expected by the VA. At conclusion of the IV&V, VeriSolv will deliver a detailed, structured report of findings of deficiencies and recommendations for their remediation to VA.

VeriSolv Technologies Awarded Veterans Affairs Tadiran Telecom Contract
Will Support 8,000 Users at Many VA Sites
Herndon, VA (July 7, 2009) - VeriSolv Technologies, Inc. (VeriSolv) announced today that it has been awarded a contract from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to support the Tadiran Coral Telephone System Replacement Project for the VA Central Office (VACO) Campus. The Tadiran System is a fundamental component of the telephone communications backbone; VA relies on the system to provide traditional switch and modern IP-based networking communications services.
VeriSolv will be responsible for supporting up to 12 VA locations and 8,000 users, including the Office of the Secretary, and will provide support services and long-term planning for the VA Tadiran System. They will:
  • assist in the implementation of the Coral Message Center and the Coral Call Master
  • aid in the deployment of the Tadiran system and the VACO Campus Refresh Project
  • provide product-specific support during the VACO Telecom Replacement Project.
For the last two years, VeriSolv has supported the assimilation of 11 Tadiran systems to function as one. VeriSolv Supports Veterans Online Health Record System
Awarded Subcontract from SAIC’s $56M VA Task Order
Herndon, VA (Dec. 15, 2008) - VeriSolv Technologies, Inc. today announced it has been awarded a subcontract to support the Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) Health Data Systems (HDS) Repositories.
The VistA work falls under a task order that was awarded to SAIC by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology, Office of Enterprise Development, which has a one year base period of performance, four one-year options and a total value of more than $56 million if all options are exercised. The work will be performed primarily in Salt Lake City, Utah. The task order was awarded under the VistA Contractor Services (VCS) Blanket Purchase Agreement.
The HDS Repositories Program is part of VistA, an enterprise-wide electronic health record system used throughout the VA medical system. VistA Repositories support the delivery of care by thousands of VA health care providers to millions of veterans seen in more than 150 medical centers, and hundreds of outpatient clinic facilities. Under the task order, VeriSolv will provide architect, quality assurance testing, database and technical lead resources performing systems and software development. SAIC will develop repositories for clinical and administrative data for the VHA and provide an access layer to read and write to the repositories.
