Rene Curbelo

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Curbelo has more than 25 years experience in Information Technology and Management Consulting. He has managed large software development efforts for various companies in the United States, Europe and South America. He has broad experience in all phases of systems development for applications in customer care, billing, collections and middleware.

Rene has been responsible for developing applications for mainframes, client-server and web-based systems for a variety of industries, including telecommunications. He has a history of successfully managing and implementing small to large systems on time and within budget.

Betty Morgan

Chief Operating Officer

Mrs. Morgan brings over 25 years of experience covering all phases of program and project management, systems integration, enterprise-wide Software Quality Assurance, IV&V, and implementation of complex business applications in the private and federal sector. She has a proven track record managing large complex operations and leading large teams in on-time, within-budget system deployments.

Prior to joining VeriSolv, Betty spent over 20 years at AMS Inc., where she took on increasing levels of management responsibility in the development, delivery and implementation of large scale customer care and COTS solutions. Most recently, as a Vice-President at AMS, Betty was responsible for managing over 100 staff in the Mid-Atlantic region with P&L responsibility for a revenue base of over $20M per year.

Cathlin Dollar

Executive Vice-President

Ms. Dollar is an IT professional with 25 years of government and commercial experience. Cathlin's background has been primarily in software development, first as a developer and then advancing to lead and project management positions. She has managed large software development and implementation efforts for several companies in the United States, Europe and South America.

Prior to joining VeriSolv, Cathlin was a Senior Manager at Winstar Communications where she was responsible for implementation and day-to-day operations of both domestic and international commercial billing applications.
